first ever Synergy Chess Puzzle

This is the first ever Synergy Chess Puzzle that was published. The Puzzle was meant to be White to play, and get both Kings in checkmate (##) in the 1 move. There were two errors that I made here. Firstly the Queen on c11 was not meant to be there, as Qf8##. Secondly, there was meant be a white pawn on d4. The revised version is below.
